Sony Pictures has released a motion and non-motion poster for Len Wiseman‘s remake of Total Recall. The posters comes in advance of the teaser trailer’s debut set for April 1st on ABC during the Celtics-Heat game. An extended trailer will then premiere on Apple. Total Recall opens in theaters on August 3rd, 2012.
Total Recall is an action thriller about reality and memory, inspired anew by the famous short story “We Can Remember It For You Wholesale” by Philip K. Dick. Welcome to Rekall, the company that can turn your dreams into real memories. For a factory worker named Douglas Quaid (Colin Farrell), even though he’s got a beautiful wife (Kate Beckinsale) who he loves, the mind-trip sounds like the perfect vacation from his frustrating life – real memories of life as a super-spy might be just what he needs. But when the procedure goes horribly wrong, Quaid becomes a hunted man. Finding himself on the run from the police – controlled by Chancellor Cohaagen (Bryan Cranston), the leader of the free world – Quaid teams up with a rebel fighter (Jessica Biel) to find the head of the underground resistance (Bill Nighy) and stop Cohaagen. The line between fantasy and reality gets blurred and the fate of his world hangs in the balance as Quaid discovers his true identity, his true love, and his true fate.
The remake is directed by Len Wiseman and stars Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel, Bill Nighy, John Cho, Ethan Hawke and Bryan Cranston. Total Recall will open in theaters on August 3rd, 2012.

First HD Trailer of Cabin in the Woods Movie. After being delayed for over two years, The Cabin in the Woods will finally premiered at SXSW in the United States. Directed by Drew Goddard (Cloverfield and 9 Lost episodes writer) and written by Goddard and Joss Whedon (The Avengers writer and director) we can expect nothing but great and intense story. The short story line gives us almost nothing especially when we talk about horror genre: “Five friends go for a break at a remote cabin in the woods, where they get more than they bargained for. At first glance the scenario might look a little too familiar. Really? Don’t worry, that’s just Joss working his magic. The trailer starts out like this, but quickly dives into some weird sci-fi stuff.Together, they must discover the truth behind "The Cabin in the Woods.”

The upcoming family sequel Journey 2: The Mysterous Island, stars Josh Hutcherson, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Michael Caine, and Vanessa Hudgens.
In Mysterious Island, Hutcherson discovers a coded distress signal that leads him to a, well, mysterious island that doesn’t exist on any map. Johnson, Hutcherson’s new stepfather, comes along for the ride, as well as a tour guide pilot (Luis Guzman) and his daughter (Hudgens). Michael Caine plays Hutcherson’s missing grandfather.
Very loosely based on Jules Verne’s 1874 novel Mysterious Island, the script for Journey 2 was written by Mark and Brian Gunn, who have experience with sequels after scripting 2004′s Bring it On Again.
